With 2015 coming to an end, ASER Pakistan reveals that 61% (rural) and 42% (urban) children between ages 3-5 are out of school in Pakistan. Among 39% children enrolled in early childhood programs in rural areas, 20% are attending public schools while 19% are enrolled in private institutions.
